Singer Sri Lanka unveils the all-new SINGER RED Loyalty Program

Singer Sri Lanka PLC recently launched its all-new Singer RED Loyalty Program, which is open to anyone who makes a purchase at Singer. Singer currently holds a loyal customer base of over 2 million island wide.

Through the Singer RED Loyalty Program each purchase earns RED points and enables customers to become a member of the program. Once a customer earns 1000 RED points, they can start enjoying exclusive benefits and customized offerings.

One RED Point is earned for every Rs.200 spent at any Singer Showroom or purchases made via www.singer.lk. Additionally, customers can also earn RED points when paying utility and credit card bills via Singer Express Pay Counters. Even more RED points can be earned as the customer moves up the tiers of the program as VIP members can earn a RED point for ever Rs.100 spent.

Customers who have earned RED points between 1000 and 2999 fall in to the DELUXE tier while the customers having RED points between 3000 and 5999 fall in to the PREMIER tier. VIP tier comprises of customers having RED points more than 6000.

Hosts of benefits are available for each tier. These includes Annual Discounts on Singer Products, Special Discounts on Birthday months, winning chances for Seasonal Raffle Draws and many more. Members of the program can also redeem RED points for purchases at any Singer Showrooms across the island.
