Thai Food Feast at Hilton Colombo Residences

At the same time, Hilton Colombo Residences invites guests on a Thai culinary journey with the Thai Food Feast, held from 7 to 20 October 2024. This exclusive event will be led by celebrated chefs Ms. Netsarin Pimtes and Mr. Aekkapon Congchum (Mister Egg) from DoubleTree by Hilton Phuket Banthai Resort, who will showcase their expertise in authentic Thai cuisine. Menu highlights include Tom Yum Goong Soup, Pad Thai Goong, Mango Salad with Shrimp, Thai Red Prawn Curry, and Steamed Seabass Fish Fillet.

Chef Netsarin Pimtes, a gold award winner at the Andaman Tourism Networking 2023, will present her acclaimed dishes, while Chef Aekkapon Congchum, recognized for his talents at the Thailand F&B Masters Culinary Hotel Round 2022, will add his signature flavors to the feast.
