Sri Lanka – Greater Mekong Business Council Hosts Exclusive Members’ Networking Evening at Port City

The Sri Lanka – Greater Mekong Business Council (SLGMBC) of The Ceylon Chamber of Commerce hosted an exclusive Members’ Networking Evening on 13th June 2025 at the Port City Sales Gallery, Colombo. The event served as a vibrant platform for high-level dialogue, relationship-building, and the exchange of industry insights among distinguished professionals and business leaders.

The evening featured a panel discussion featuring Ms. Prangthip Kongridhisuksakorn, Chargé d’Affaires, Royal Thai Embassy in Colombo, Mr. Ruwan Waidyaratne, Honorary Consul, Kingdom of Cambodia in Sri Lanka, and Ms. Chandima Kiriwandala, Acting Director of Commerce, Department of Commerce. Moderated by Mr. Nimal Ratnayake, President of the SLGMBC, discussions focused on investment opportunitiesexport facilitationand digital transformation, with an emphasis on strengthening business ties between Sri Lanka and the Greater Mekong Region.
